Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Specific Responsibilities Commissary Growth Support Program development and support for ACS commissary channel; Ensure pipeline of innovation to position Aramark for growth via acquisition of new business and building & retaining base commissary business; This position will partner with Supply Chain, IT, Finance and Operations to enhance existing solutions - and build new solutions - and deliver them with robust program guidelines and tools; Develop and optimize commissary menu and pricing, promotional calendar and all tools to support implementation; Implement / facilitate a menu advisory team to provide input on commissary products and promotions; Develop and deploy marketing materials to support commissary growth; Provide support to the Growth Team and Operations teams on commissary related opportunities; Develop, deploy and optimize an internal retail dashboard to enable visibility to key retail metrics by internal stakeholders; Manage Vendor Fund process, to ensure access to vendor marketing dollars to enable commissary growth; Work actively with Supply Chain Management, and vendor partners, to develop opportunities for revenue growth and COGS optimization. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have the following professional experience and skills: Bachelor s degree with a concentration in Marketing is preferred, or equivalent experience (five years). This position must have significant organizational and project management experience. Must have experience or a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a heavily matrixed organization. Requires an expert level of proficiency in Microsoft applications. Food service, advertising, and/or retail marketing experience is preferred. Strong communication skills will include: oral communication, presentation and influencing, as well as the ability to communicate with all levels in and out of the organization. This position requires solid strategic, analytical, and decision-making experience. This staff member should be self-motivated and able to work effectively with little supervision.
