Job Responsibilities and Requirements: We are looking for an Associate level Exotics Trader level exotics trader. Responsibilities will be to work within a team structuring, pricing and managing equity exotic risk. Our business is client focused, non-proprietary trading. Trader needs to have a good relationship with the various sales teams. Our client business is split between: 1) Retail distributors of structured products who buy shorter term products: barrier options, autocalls, etc. 2) Institutions who buy longer term equity or equity-interest rate hybrid hedges. 2 years of Trading or Risk experience Bachelors degree in Engineering, Math or related quantitative field Someone who thrives on the challenge of competitive pressures and is able to remain focused on client needs Expert Bloomberg, Excel, Power Point and MS Office skills. Proficiency in VBA Superior time management and multi-tasking skills to juggle live transactions and daily tasks. Maturity and the ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced and open environment. Experience of another asset class especially interest rates a plus.
