Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase awareness and recognition of Heartland Alliance. Identify and utilize audience segmentation to evolve marketing strategies to communicate impact and drive engagement. Develop/evolve marketing tools and collateral materials that support departmental and organizational goals to increase awareness, engagement and program impact. Work closely with team to develop content for various donor campaigns and communications. Support the marketing efforts to strategize, execute, and optimize new donor conversion initiatives. Collect and analyze relevant marketing data and make actionable recommendations related to communications strategy. Coordinate and work with team members/designers on developing compelling and effective visuals and communication assets relevant to the website, mass emails, social media posts, and select printed materials including the Annual Report. Contribute to a portfolio of individual stories, statistics demonstrating macro-economic impact of the organization s work, photos, videos, testimonials, design resources, and other tools available to the organization in communicating its story effectively to multiple audiences. Support and further develop the company s asset library and capture evergreen materials. Help create integrated measurement tool to demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of collective marketing communications efforts. Monitor the organization's brand identity and work with leadership to reinforce its guidelines, and to maintain consistency across companies, programs, initiatives, productions, and channels. Serve as a member of the DCR team at events and in campaigns throughout the year. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Strong writing and story production capability with graphic design experience. Photography experience a plus. Minimum Qualifications Relevant BA/BS Degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant marketing or field marketing experience. Relevant advanced degree desirable. Strong project management skills and experience, including managing external creative agencies, events vendors, and international projects. Familiarity with marketing and web analytics, CRM systems and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness, graphic design. Preferred Qualifications Experience using marketing automation systems and pipeline processing and progression. Experience planning and executing multiple, complex marketing programs including budget management.
