Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Vice President, Global Brand Partnerships & Business Development position will be responsible for driving the global strategy, implementation and P&L responsibility for the TV promotional partnership, loyalty promotions and consumables licensing businesses. The ideal candidate must be able to navigate and align with senior internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities 50% Strategy Creation and Alignment Develop strategic plans by key TV show that authentically extend the brand narrative into partnerships that drive incremental revenue and awareness for the show. Identify business models that will maximize revenues for consumables while creating an experience that aligns with the content and the fan. Align with regional leads and agents on the strategy and approach on promotions and licensing by key country. Gain strategic alignment with key internal stakeholders; including TV Brand & Franchise Management, TV Ad Sales and the Promotional Teams across 21CF organization. Align with the FCP Brand, Sales & Creative teams on toolkits required to deliver against the promotional and licensing strategies. 50% Execution and Implementation Identify and close the ideal partnerships that deliver financial and awareness targets for our identified priority TV shows. Coordinate with counterparts in ad sales and promotions to ensure that we are aligned on partner selections and over deal terms. Connect product development, sales and finance to their appropriate counterparts at the licensee and ensure that a productive relationship is maintained. Ensure that licensed deals are processed through the organization and executed in a timely matter. Build a product line plan that aligns with the franchise and consumables category strategy while delivering on the needs of the retailer and consumer. Drive the forecast process with the licensees, our sales team, international and agents that is based on industry analysis and retailer feedback. BA/BS required, MBA or post-graduate degree strongly preferred. Minimum 10 - 15 years in a high-rigor environment in the promotions and/or consumables licensing or manufacturing industry. Experience in being ultimately responsible for driving a P&L Proven results on developing and executing global merchandise or licensing strategies. Experience defining and launching global products/initiatives. Contractual experience/background with an ability to understand agreements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop clear and consistent messages across many different stakeholders. Presents strong team work skills and a strong sense of urgency. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills a must. Self-starter who needs little day to day direction who consistently delivers on time and meets and exceeds MBOs. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
