Treasury Management Client Services Supervisor

Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Supervise and coach the Treasury Management customer service team. Delegates work to the customer service team and assist with implementations when necessary. Ensures that work performed is accurate and completed efficiently. Monitors performance to ensure staff and department achieve target service level standards. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of customer service through improvements, as well as coordination and communication between the sales team and customer service. Meets treasury management teams to contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. Ensures policies are followed. Supports migrations, conversions, and new service implementations. Assist with complex or high profile customers implementations and problem resolution. Other duties as assigned. Requires a college degree and 6 years experience in banking, treasury management operations process and procedures, customer service or other directly related experience. Some leadership or supervisory experience required. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. Requires a considerable working knowledge of treasury management products and services and the capability to do the work of the group. Requires strong interpersonal, problem resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong customer service, relationships building and supervisory skills. Ability to handle various client concerns and problems. Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards. Ability to lead a group.
