Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The VP, Finance for US Channels is responsible for all business and financial processes of US Channels Unit in support of delivering current year financial objectives for Revenue, Profit and Cash, ensuring appropriate internal controls environment and supporting strategic and tactical programs to improve business results and efficiency of the organization The primary objective of the CFO, US Channels Unit is to support the assigned operation in achieving its business and financial objectives by providing financial leadership and governance. Key metrics of success include the current and long-term effectiveness and efficiency of all financial functions, as well as the overall financial performance of the operation. Specifics include working with Operations to delivery annual revenue and profit plan, development on 3-year strategic business plan, developing reporting to understand and improve profitability of multiple routes to market, managing internal controls, financial planning, inventory and Accounts Receivable management. Work in partnership with Strategic Transformation office to identify, support, manage productivity initiatives to improve revenue, profit and business efficiency. The role is responsible for managing all business and financial process for $1 B Channels organization, including multiple routes to market. Specific areas include Equipment Sale Revenue, Post Sale Revenue, Managed Document Services, Gross Profit, Inventory, SAG including Bad Debt, Inventory, Accounts Receivable and Internal Controls. The position has both internal and external interface at the C-Level. 5-6 Direct reports, 30-50 indirect reports, Wilsonville, Rochester primary locations. Develops, adapts and executes organizational strategy to achieve key business objectives Decisions are guided by organizational strategies and objectives Generally includes international and/or global accountability Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of business requirements RESPONSIBILITIES Establishes, implements, and manages the Operation's financial-management structure and processes; including planning, controls and standards, preparing and interpreting financial reports, and safeguarding the organization's assets. Assists in long-range strategic planning, and advises management on financial-performance of the Operation. Communicates with and advises C-Level / executive management on financial matters. Develops and maintains Corporate relationships with internal value-chain partners and external constituencies. Leads and sponsors both short and long-term projects, to maximize the financial performance of the Operation Directly leads, coaches, mentors, and manages team members, as appropriate and to their individual requirements, to build/enhance their capability. Continuously improves the caliber of people; by setting appropriate development activities, and providing regular constructive feedback. Role holder must be hands on working with Xerox line of business senior operations personnel to ensure that the appropriate internal control environment is in place and to provide support and guidance towards achievement of financial objectives. Candidate Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree Preferred Master's Degree specifically MBA preferred Professional Certifications: Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
