Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key Roles and Responsibilities: - Report Indirect Procurement (IP) savings globally, broken down by Commodity, Brand and Affiliate. Ensure consistency of global reporting of savings - i.e., savings vs cost avoidance, operating vs capital expense impact, etc. Help to build historical database of project costs to be used for reporting savings on future IP projects, primarily in more complex indirect spend categories. - Work closely with the Americas IP team to reconcile supplier spend data with ELC financial systems, helping to identify opportunities for the procurement team to drive value. Provide analytical support in actuals reporting and estimate building to enable the IP team to focus instead on strategic sourcing. - Aid in the building of savings budgets and forecasts. Use CPM and ELC financial systems to understand indirect procurement spend across the organization to help align IP savings targets with ELC spend and strategic priorities. Ensure no double-counting in Global vs Regional vs Local IP team efforts in delivery of savings. - Assist the Supply Chain Finance team in expense management of the Indirect Procurement team, including budgeting, forecasting and actuals reporting for the IP cost centers. - Oversee the implementation and usage of the IP savings tracking tool, the Value Creation Database. Provide training to new users. Help to address team's needs when it comes to reporting, all in an effort to simplify the process while maintaining consistency and accuracy of reporting. Troubleshoot an areas of concern. - Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of ELC financial systems (SAP, CPM) - Strong communication, interpersonal and managerial skills - Analytical, organized, self starter - University Degree - Min 5 years related experience - MBA/CPA a plus.
