Job Responsibilities and Requirements: That delivers retirement plan solutions for public, private, and nonprofit organizations. Services include defined contribution, defined benefit and non-qualified deferred compensation recordkeeping, administrative services, investment management, comprehensive employee education and communications, and trustee services, as well as a variety of products and strategies, including institutional investment and income products, pension risk transfer solutions and structured settlement services. Provide strategic territory development for the Tax Exempt West Region markets, including non-profit and government/governmental agency plans. Selling qualified defined contribution, qualified defined benefit, and nonqualified (DB and DC) bundled retirement services through (Consultants, Broker-Dealers, etc.) intermediaries. Attain minimum sales production goals measured in terms of revenue sold. Attain consistent demonstrated success selling as measured by close ratios. Effectively utilize internal sales resources. Develop and foster broad and supportive relationships with intermediaries in the sales territory. Adhere to all compliance requirements and continuation in good standing of FINRA 6 or 7, 63 and State insurance licenses. This position is based in the Western Region territory- CA, NV, AZ, HI, AK Bachelors degree required. Minimum of 3 years of experience selling defined contribution bundled retirement solutions is required. Minimum of 5-10 years of related retirement plan experience is required. Tax-exempt (non-profit, government) experience is strongly preferred. Established network of relationships with intermediaries in the Western region. Demonstrated ability to develop key internal partner relationships. Demonstrated ability to seek out and develop new intermediary relationships. Demonstrated ability to strategically develop a sales region. A proven track record of success in retirement plan sales. Demonstrated ability and willingness to effectively lead utilizing a team based selling approach. Ability to travel 75% of the time within the territory. FINRA series 6 or 7 and 63 required within 120 days of hire. State insurance license preferred.
