Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This position will lead projects and teams across the full spectrum of the segment including new product development, customer programs, and market initiatives. The Multi-Family Project Lead works closely and collaborates with the MF sales team, new product management team, and the finance/pricing team. The Multi-Family Project Lead reports to the Multi-Family Segment Manager and will be part of the Strategic Marketing & Development organization based in downtown Chicago. You are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, demanding, and rapidly changing environment where you have the ability to work autonomously and own the segment and market of your responsibility. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 5 or more years of experience of business / product development, project management, business analysis, or marketing (Building industry and/or Multi-Family housing segment experience preferred.) Experience leading cross-functional projects Business to business plus business to consumer marketing experience (preferred). Sales or business development experience (preferred).
