Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Outreach Coordinator is a key staff member responsible for marketing and promotional activities needed to support a multi-specialty veterinary practice, enhancing our rDVM relations in Denver, throughout the state of Colorado and beyond. Duties include but are not limited to: Visits with referring community as frequently as required Monthly reporting on visits and referral statistics Responsible for various referral reporting and statistical comparison for AEVH internal distribution Responsible for creating and distributing of marketing materials Responsible for creating and executing CE opportunities for the RDVM community, staff doctors and support staff Responsible for creating, planning and executing various community CE and marketing events Responsible for diagnosing and identifying problem referral areas and assisting in creating solutions Responsible for planning and executing RDVM appreciation opportunities Responsible for forming and maintaining relationships with veterinarians and support staff in the RDVM community and within the practice at VSCS Works cooperatively with AEVH supervisors and managers to improve the delivery of customer service Trouble shoots with the management staff to address feedback/complaints/issues from the RDVM community Coaches staff veterinarians and staff to improve their interactions and communication with the RDVM community Distributes appropriate marketing materials in site visits to shelters, humane societies and rescues, builds relationships between shelters, rescues and AEVH Responsible for forming and maintaining relationships between AEVH and the business community.
