Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This person will help by writing software to sync data between systems, automate manual process, and make the IT, HR, and Security teams more efficient. Responsibilities Automate on & off boarding of employees, contractors, and interns. Develop strong understanding for process management and data flow in our core systems- Namely (HRIS), Lever (ATS), OKTA, Google Apps, Atlassian/JIRA/Confluence Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to better leverage technology and help the company scale Maintain accurate data and organization of various HR tools: Workramp (LMS), Culture Amp (Survey tool), Leo (officevibe tool) Provide recommendations and solutions to issues related to the areas of reporting and data flow between systems and tools Requirements 3 years of experience working in a technical development capacity Past experience automating data synchronization between cloud-based systems Good communication and interpersonal skills Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline A proficient programming language and the ability develop backend software (javascript, golang, python, java, etc) Scripting languages (python, bash, etc) Nice To Haves Demonstrated project management experience successfully completing projects with balanced scope, time, and budget Experience developing front-end code (HTML, CSS, and Javascript) Experience as a DevOps engineer Experience writing NodeJS, ReactJS, and Typescript applications Automation of account management software including Lever (ATS), Namely (HRIS), OKTA, Google Apps, Atlassian/JIRA/Confluence.
