Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key Duties/Responsibilities: Activate the NFSOP digital bundle to maximize Customer value creation and drive business objectives (traffic, ticket, incidence/profitability, experience). Deliver digital insights and strategic thinking for and with foodservice Customers as they build out capabilities. Manage existing relationships with digital partners to maximize Customer opportunities and activation. Assess the effectiveness of digital partners, programming and activation on a short and long-term perspective to refine and inform investment, future strategy and new capabilities. Pilot programming with Customers in evolving areas such as Usability testing, Guest Acquisition, Digital Signage/Proximity marketing etc. Customer Program Management: Partner with Customer teams to manage the execution and delivery of Customer digital programs, including but not limited to capturing objectives, documenting requirements and managing a project plan to hit targets, optimize efficiencies and remain on budget. Contribute to the selling stories for our brand programs, partnerships and platforms Interface with Brand, Strategic Marketing, Digital Innovation and Customer teams to deliver integrated digital programs for our brands and business. Partner with external digital agencies and vendor companies to execute programs. Represent the foodservice channel & Customers from a digital perspective discipline within our system and in the industry. Educate field team members to elevate and sustain acumen across digital topics. Budget: Uphold the Purchase Order process and monitor/track expenditures across campaigns budget. Communication: Excellent communication skills that help drive Customer outcomes, inspire colleagues to commit and deliver against program initiatives Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with colleagues in a matrix organization, leading cross-functional teams where appropriate. Balances Immediate and Long-Term Priorities: Seeks to meet critical objectives while considering the impact of those decisions and activities on the ability to achieve long-term goals. Imports and Exports Good Ideas: Relentlessly seeks, shares and adopts ideas and best practices in and outside the Company and embraces change introduced by others. Education: Minimum Required: Bachelor s degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent education. MBA preferred. Related Work Experience: 5-10 years experience in a consumer packaged goods company, agency or foodservice operator, preferably in both customer management and marketing roles or equivalent marketing leadership experience within the foodservice industry. Preferred: 5 years experience activating digital technology with Customers (Foodservice, On-Premise, Retail) Leadership Behaviors: DRIVE INNOVATION: Generate new or unique solutions and embrace new ideas that help sustain our business COLLABORATE WITH SYSTEM, CUSTOMERS, AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS : Develop and leverage relationships with stakeholders to appropriately stretch and impact the System (Company and Bottler).
