Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Description: Provides strategic direction and thought leadership on our current development programs and processes and on our future leadership needs. These solutions will be delivered by partnering with external partners and internal stakeholders. Consistently assess and measure leader development programs to ensure they are relevant and aligned to the Huntington Category of One strategy and performance values. Design & execute strategy to establish awareness, build commitment to personal leadership development across the management and executive population. Consult with HR Business Partners, senior business leaders & other key stakeholders to perform periodic needs analyses. Work closely with HR Business Partners to identify and anticipate learning needs of the front-line managers and senior level leaders. Conduct external research and benchmarking to ensure strategy, program content and delivery model are positioned to deliver best-in-class results. Define prioritized annual objectives complete with action plans, resourcing models, milestones & metrics of success. Manage, monitor and ensure performance to budget. Develop measures, benchmarks, or scorecards to monitor the effectiveness of leadership development solutions. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 5 years of experience leading the function of Leadership Development, Organization Development, Talent Management and/or another area within Human Resources with a demonstrated ability to develop a Leadership Development strategy and design the programs to execute it. Preferred Qualifications: Strong management and mentoring skills Ability to resolve issues and drive performance Excellent time management and organizational skills Excellent client management skills Interact professionally and effectively with clients, business partners, and peers at all levels Goal-oriented Well-developed verbal and written communication skills Critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical ability Resourceful Masters in Organizational Development, Leadership, Adult learning, I/O Psychology, Business Administration or related field strongly preferred.
