Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a background in software programming and consulting with experience working directly with clients as well as internal project managers and other development resources. The environment is . NET with a SQL backend and each project contains integrations with third party vendors including proprietary credit union and bank host systems. Relationship building is a meaningful aspect of the position, where the individual will focus on securing strong professional relationships with clients in anticipation of additional customizations and product add-on sales in the future. Essential Job Responsibilities: Install, configure, customize, upgrade, support and fix all technical issues related to the internet banking solution within both on premise and hosted environments. Work directly with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, quote project as well as build and implement the solutions proposed. Work directly with third party vendors to define technical requirements and implement solutions to interface with various external systems. Hands on development and resolution of all technical issues within an on premise and hosted client environment. Work with senior management to define and implement technical processes and procedures within department focusing on client happiness and efficiency. Own the workload of technical resources within the team based on timelines established by Project and Senior Leaders. Communicating status, issues and risks to project stakeholders. Maintaining and crafting technical project documentation and client worksheets. Work closely with Product Development and Professional Services developers to resolve complex technical issues related to current projects. Train clients on Architect SDK (banking platform) in-house and offsite. Lead internal technical development training sessions. Excellent interpersonal, time management, problem solving and decision-making skills. Ability to perform successfully in a high-pressure, fast-pace working environment. Ability to work independently with little direction. Careful attention to detail in all aspects of the job. Strong communications skills. This position requires extensive interaction on the phone and by e-mail with our clients, third-party vendors, and other employees. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, or EE. Will consider backend development experience in the Financial Services Industry in lieu of degree. Basic Qualifications: 5 years of backend software development experience and understanding in web applications. 2 years of experience in C#, ASP. NET, Java Script and jQuery Experience in . NET and SQL Server, IIS, web development Proficiency with software development tools like the following: Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Visual Source Safe, Araxis Merge (or another text file comparison tool), Microsoft SQL Enterprise Manager and Query Analyzer. Strong knowledge of networks including VPN s, VM servers, load-balancing and terminal services is required. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree or industry certification. Previous work experience within the banking and financial industry as it relates to Internet home banking applications. Financial industry to also include high volume with mission critical web sites such as Online Banking. B2B Client facing experience in requirement gathering and data analysis regarding customer software modifications.
