Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The NGL Contract Administrator will be responsible for data entry of contracts and bills of ladings from various supply origin/ terminal sales locations and maintain necessary information required for an accountable close of business each month. Perform front line response to incoming customer/supplier questions, comments, or problems concerning invoicing, volume recap for fixed price contracts, credit (A/R) issues and payable (A/P) issues. Enter all Right Angle information, review and correct bills of lading supplied by multiple terminals and supply locations. Review preliminary invoices for accuracy and approve for release to customers. Enter contracts, set up lifting numbers, and monitor fixed price contracts that affect the supply risk book. Enter all bills of lading for Dixie pipeline and rail/barge terminals. Run and review reports to reconcile month ending balances required for accountable close of business. Communicate with customers regarding collections of accounts receivable on a regular basis and relay information to Targa accounting and credit departments. Perform all administrative duties for sales office to include answering phones, updating/maintaining customer contracts, sorting mail, filing, verifying and paying office invoices, office equipment leases, service contracts, communication services, office supplies, and office lease. Communicate price changes to customers and Centralized Deal Entry. Other duties as assigned by Director. Minimum Essential Qualifications Bachelor s degree from accredited university or related work experience. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and personal computer skills. Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize work. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Regular and reliable attendance. Preferred Qualifications Reconciliation and journal entry experience preferred. Excel and Powerpoint proficiency a plus. Experience with Oracle Financial Cloud (OFC) preferred.
