Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Field Applications Specialist will provide training and support of web based financial and accounting tools, assisting Morrison Healthcare Morrison Community Living operators and regional teams become more efficient and productive in managing their business through standardized reporting. Recipe to Succeed: The Field Applications Specialist will be a primary point of contact for eFinance training and support in specified regional areas of responsibility. Position will be responsible for implementing web based management tools in existing and new account openings and coordinating ongoing training and support efforts. Provide training and support through on-site training, classroom teaching, Webinar conferences, telephone support, etc. Responsible for ensuring that each team member understands and can successfully operate Morrison financial and accounting tools and applications. Performs beta testing, training and support of all new field applications. Work to anticipate and prevents problems. Provide timely response and effective solutions to customers reported eFinance problems. Position will assist with other projects as assigned by Sr. Director of Field Applications. Necessary Ingredients: BA in Business, Finance or Accounting is desired. 2 years experience in Field Training, Financial Analysis and/or Morrison operations with a demonstrated record of advancement. Must be flexible and willing to travel; 60% travel involved. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Excellent interpersonal skills and professional image. Must have good coaching and teaching techniques; must be comfortable presenting in large and small groups and effectively convey complex information to participants on different skill set levels. Must effectively manage a vast array of training mediums including classroom, conference calls & webinar training. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications. Ability to effectively manage and extend influence across multiple layers of the organization. Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to set goals and objectives, and timelines to efficiently meet tasks. Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines. Must have the ability to work independently without much direction.
