DUTIES Help estimate budget for projectsSecure subcontractor buyoutManage projects from start to finish Manage subcontractor contracts, mods and verbiage changes Oversee billing and schedule of values formationHelp manage project staffing Business Development - evaluate potential projects and clients, and interact directly with developers QUALIFICATIONS Skills & Experience Required: Prior Estimating & Project Management experienceField experiencePersonnel management experienceSelf-starterQuick LearnerSomeone with strong community ties and or a the possibility of bringing their clientele base with themExcellent written and verbal communication skills: must be able to work closely with owners, architects, engineers and subsFull-time positionLEED Accreditation preferred, or someone who will be willing to become certified in 18-24 monthsMicrosoft Project, or similar scheduling software knowledge requiredAbility to generate monthly client billings.
