Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Primary Duties & Responsibilities Assists in the delivery of monthly FP&A Sales and Operations reporting calendar o Prepares financial analysis for use in driving and monitoring the success of the business o Partners with functional directors and managers to provide analysis o Responds to inquiries made regarding published financial data Completes ad-hoc report requests related to gathering data and providing system reports Performs analysis of revenue and gross margin by customer, sales geography, item classification, etc. Validates accuracy of financial reports Requirements Position Requirements Basic Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Demonstrated knowledge of common business practices related to finance and accounting, as demonstrated by working experience in an accounting related position OR from higher education accredited courses Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Excel skills including manipulating large datasets with vlookups, pivot tables, etc. Other Position Requirements Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated strong attention to detail and record keeping Demonstrated communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to solve problems and work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Two (2) years general Accounting, Finance, or FP&A experience Experience working with ERP and CRM databases o Financial Force and/or Sales Force experience Experience using Cognos report writing or other reporting software skills Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain financial models using advanced spreadsheet skills Demonstrated database skills including ability to identify appropriate database to ensure accurate reporting, querying, and report writing Demonstrated GL research ability Demonstrated variance analysis ability (actuals compared to budget, actuals compared to prior year).
