Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities:Liaise between the lines of business and the development teams to translate business and design requirements into technical requirementsAnalyze business requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how their applications can best functionally fulfill those needsCombine knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built and used to create a functional designs across applicationsFacilitate the production of key documents including business requirements via BluePrint, master story list, detailed user stories, sprint planning and design documentsFacilitate project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team membersInterfacing with members of your scrum team, Digital and line of business product teams, business analysts from other teams to deliver digital solutions across retail and investment (asset management, brokerage) banking areasWorking with scrum team to test and certify applications before they are deployed to productionWork with our technology and business partners to develop and refine our software delivery processPerform critical analysis on information consolidated from multiple sources, identify and resolve conflicts, and break down high-level information into detailed workable requirements Work with Developers and Subject Matter Experts to understand the work effort for a requirement, and, if needed, facilitate making adjustments that satisfy all parties Actively participate in adding to the wiki that is living documentation of the latest business and technical requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience 8 years of overall experience and 5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst, System Analyst, or Technical Analyst with heavy emphasis on technology and implementation Excellent verbal and written skills are critical since this job primarily entails communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsStrong experience with Agile development methodologies Strong SQL skills to analyze existing data and identify gaps/data quality issues Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders Experience with documentation using UML in Confluence and MS Office Experience working with software technology teams Experience with software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) Experience with basic computer programming skills such as Shell, Python, or a similar language Experience with working with data and data flows and pipes Experience writing technical user stories in JIRA/confluence using industry standard notations (like BDD/Gherkin) for development team Experience working in large, complex data environments Experience working on large and medium scale software projects Experience working with diversified multi-location team General knowledge of financial services concepts and products and functional understanding of retail banking Our Consumer & Community Banking Group.
