Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This individual will partner with an Outside Sales Account Manager to educate, sell, process orders to integrators, installers, and distributors within the audio, video, and security commercial markets about our product offerings. This is a quota driven position that will call on (by phone only) current and potential clients (warm and cold calls) a multi-state region (LA, AL, GA, and FL.) Minimal will be required (up to 10%.) Principle responsibilities of our Regional Account Manager/Inside Sales Executive will include: Develop new and previous customer accounts through outbound calling and inbound calls. Follow up, track and close quotes, on a daily basis, with an emphasis on communication between outside reps and the customer. Maintains knowledge of jobs and their close dates, and follows up with outside reps, customers, and inside sales agents. Identify customer needs and create demand through proven sales techniques and best practices. Maintaining an effective line of communication with customers, inside sales reps, outside sales reps and area, national and/or regional sales managers, at all times, and executes daily sales and customer service activities in accordance with account potential to meet customer requirements. Maintain a very close relationship with outside sales reps and communicate daily with them. Update and work with Manufacturing to fulfill customers inventory needs and special requests. Attend and complete sales training sessions Grow and maintain knowledge of application needs to better service customers. Must be able to comply with the company attendance policy. Completes all other duties as assigned. Covers overflow for territory when needed. Qualifications: Requirements for our Regional Account Manager/Inside Sales Executive position include: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business field, preferred Minimum 3 years work experience in a quota driven sales environment Excellent customer service abilities and experience fostering long term business relationships with clients Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Experience in outbound phone sales and marketing experience (warm and cold calling) Successful experience in a quota driven environment Competencies identified for our Regional Account Manager/Inside Sales Executive include: Problem Solving: Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; probes all fruitful sources for answers; can see hidden problems; is excellent at honest analysis; looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers. Time Management: Uses his/her time effectively and efficiently; values time; concentrates his/her efforts on the more important priorities; gets more done in less time than others; can attend to a broader range of activities.
