Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The successful candidate will be in direct contact with the Client and traditional Account Services teams, and should maintain these relationships on a daily basis. It is the objective of the Digital Account Executive to secure the Clients and Account teams confidence as a digital advertising professional who can support their digital and social marketing and advertising strategies and initiatives. Responsibilities Plan, organize and manage day-to-day strategy, reporting and executional process while bringing a perspective to strategy development and the execution of digital and social creative and media plans Develop strong relationships with Client(s) responsible for digital marketing, and maintain regular communication in order to anticipate Client needs and keep the Agency in a position of leading Work with staff (Account Services, Integrated Media, Social, Strategy, Traffic and Creative teams) on the planning and implementation of digital advertising and marketing initiatives to serve the Client s business as needed (This includes the development of digital and social media plans, budget allocation planning and management, ground research, the supervision of creative development and production, and campaign effectiveness monitoring) Provide support to team in challenging situations or issues Engage and activate both internal team members and the Client to maximize effectiveness Digital & Social Client Management Manage assigned Client(s) daily digital projects and strategies Meet with Client to discuss historical plans, current needs, current media situation and trends, upcoming opportunities and events, etc. Track weekly and report weekly campaign performance, including: web and media unit analytics, search performance, social platform performance, blogger editorial coverage, and sales/ticket transactions when applicable Provide monthly media updates to Client(s) and Account Team, including media budgets and media calendars Maintain daily contact with internal Agency departments Keep Account Management informed of Client relations Integrated Campaign Development Identify opportunities for programs and initiatives that are innovative and have the potential to drive results Manage the preparation and delivery of digital presentations to the Client Develop and review creative and media brief(s) for inclusion of necessary marketing checkpoints to ensure the team has a sound platform on which to build recommendations Work with Media Planning and the Account Team in development of annual media plans and campaigns Provide accurate direction to planning and buying groups regarding changes in plans per Client direction and approval of Agency proposals/recommendations Provide strategic guidance to Media and Creative Teams during plan development. Work with Traffic, Project Management and Creative Teams in the development of timelines, creative materials and digital assets required for campaign implementation Ensure that Client(s) are aware of and understand Agency procedures as well as timelines for new initiatives or projects Monitor production timetables and ensure each milestone is met and addressed, keeping Client(s) and Account Teams apprised of process and time line ramifications. Ensure all creative has passed through proper approval and legal channels prior to implementation Create and maintain project budgets Identify and facilitate resolution of tagging issues in coordination with Traffic and Production teams focused on site-side tracking, reporting, and implementation. Statistical analysis of digital media campaign metrics and KPI s. On-Going Project Support Secure the necessary Client approvals/direction prior to implementing campaigns or taking action Monitor and report competitive actions and/or initiatives Update weekly status report to keep Agency staff/Client(s) up to date on the status of all projects Participate in weekly status calls/meetings Monitor and Trigger Client/Vendor billing and payments, when applicable Review and be familiar with all contractual agreements with the Client, vendors and other partnerships Requirements Bachelors Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or other related field. 2 years experience in Account Management, with a focus on Digital Advertising Experience working with interactive media and development, including graphic design, user experience definition, content strategy and development, and programming technologies. Possess a thorough understanding of the Client(s) industry and business; as well as a clear understanding of all things digital required of the division that includes, but not limited to, Account Management, online technology applications and strategies, online media strategies, online creative strategies and creative management as well as the analytics process that includes optimization and post-campaign reporting. Strong writing, presentation and client-facing communication skills (presentation samples may be requested) Good multi-tasking, networking, time management and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Atlas, DART, Omniture and Google Analytics.
