Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities: Focus on business development, marketing, and project pursuits that will help to further strengthen our presence in the Texas market Provide leadership to a talented group of professionals spanning all career levels as they work on a multitude of transportation projects Rely upon Bridge and Structural Engineering background to excel at client relations, business development and mentoring staff A typical day may include supervising staff, supervising project management tasks, meeting with clients and stakeholders, and providing oversight and/or management of the proposal preparation process. Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree (Civil or Structural Engineering) from an ABET-accredited institution a minimum of 17 years of experience in bridge engineering industry Experience working in the Texas market area Experience working design/build delivery projects Experience on TxDOT projects A current Texas P.E. registration or ability to obtain P.E. within 6 months Preferred Qualifications Post-Tensioning & Steel design experience Master's degree is highly desirable Preference given to local candidates Experience with client interface on DB projects.
