Job Responsibilities and Requirements: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Prepare various state income and franchise tax returns. Prepare estimated payments for various state income and franchise tax obligations. Prepare various state annual reports. Complete federal and state income tax account reconciliations for each accounting period. Assist with special projects as needed. Assist with workflow from other members of the department. Light administrative work including filing, maintaining file integrity, sending and receiving documentation, and verification of document accuracy. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a major in Finance or Accounting Minimum 3.0 GPA Effective written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to plan and prioritize projects to meet deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook DESIRED PREVIOUS JOB EXPERIENCE Previously worked in a corporate office Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products Education Level: High School Diploma/ GED Required Certifications/Licenses: None Position Type: Intern.
