Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Corporate Vice President, Multi-Tenant Model will be responsible for the overarching strategy and operating processes for our multi-tenant web ecosystem, which supports the needs of strategic businesses across NYL. This leader will be responsible for collaborating across digital, technology, and various business groups to ensure the foundation is built to serve the needs of the entire enterprise and continues to evolve as those requirements change over time. This leader will also be responsible for building and rolling-out the operating model for the system, inclusive of how we advise, onboard, and support tenants on an ongoing basis across key dimensions including digital strategy, UX / design, and content publishing. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable discussing digital experience strategy with business leaders and technical strategy with IT leadership. This leader understands the importance of customer needs in driving decision-making and how to deliver winning solutions that leverage the latest technology to deliver business results. The person in this role should be a self-starter, comfortable with navigating ambiguity, and be passionate about driving change and transformation across the organization. Key Responsibilities Build the operating model for our multi-tenant web ecosystem in partnership with cross functional, business, and technology teams Develop and execute a plan to onboard new tenants, working closely with business leadership across the organization to ensure seamless transition Partner with key stakeholders to launch the multi-tenant system, with responsibility for influencing the post-MVP roadmap, and ensuring cascading implications of features / functionality are accounted for appropriately from a tenant impact standpoint Be a thought leader on digital developments in the marketplace and have a strong point of view of opportunity/impact for NYL Deliver compelling communications to all levels of the organization to ensure understanding and generate excitement Develop business cases to support continued investment in core digital experiences Requirements Proven track record in leading a cross functional team comprised of a variety of stakeholders to deliver a winning strategy across a large, matrixed organization Ownership mentality, entrepreneurial drive, and proven ability to influence others. Skilled in change management and organizational transformation Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of disruptive technologies Creative and innovative user-centric mindset Organized, resourceful and results-driven. Tenacity to get stuff done. High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communications skills; position-appropriate mentoring/leadership abilities.
