Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Description: Responsible for medium - large projects for an operations department, product or business unit. Provides consulting expertise to line managers on productivity issues, analyzes market and operational impact in the business brought about by the project parameters. Researches and documents organizational reviews, workflow analysis, management and staff analysis. Develops project plans including estimates of cost and resources required. Defines project scope to others outside of operations that may become involved in or impacted by the project. Requires a thorough knowledge of the operations area. Build and manage daily, weekly and monthly EQ production planning tools and coordinate with all US and Offshore EQ sites (6 sites) Weekly systems maintenance coordination with technology, EQ and Keying for TI and AIC changes EQ string testing coordination for AIC application changes Developing, operationalizing and managing standard EQ Operator productivity tracking for all US sites Support and represent EQ and Keying in the Quality Control Council (focus on using AIC and VICOR technologies to reduce client impact errors) Support and manage box level AIC system controls (RSV use and aging, boundary review wild card (8888), full verification, groupings) Manage EQ wish list improvements through LSE and technology PCI support for future certification Q&A and functional testing Posting Date : 06/19/2018.
