Job Responsibilities and Requirements: These industry-leading devices are coupled with a next-generation design environment and IP to serve a broad range of customer needs, from programmable logic to programmable systems integration. Our All Programmable devices underpin today's most advanced electronics. Among the broad range of end markets we serve are: Aerospace/Defense Automotive Broadcast Consumer High Performance Computing Industrial / Scientific / Medical (ISM) Wired Wireless Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for enhancements and new products. Develop software and tools in support of design, infrastructure and technology platforms, including development environments, software compilers, build and test environments, and related development systems. Support the Software and IP Division by providing a highly productive, best-in-class development environment that supports the engineering activities of employees across multiple sites worldwide. This support includes development environment configuration and troubleshooting, code compilation, application debug, application testing and analysis. Collaborate with DevOps team members to design and build scalable solutions for the Software and IP build and test environments, including applications, storage, and compute technologies. Collaborate with IT on issues relating to development infrastructure, such as OS patching and verification, and usage models. #LI-DNI Education Required: Master s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field Experience Required: 3 years of experience as Systems Engineer or related occupation Special Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the following: Programming or scripting languages: C, C , Python, TCL, Perl or Shell. Development tools including Visual Studio, GDB, Cygwin, LSF, OpenStack or AWS Cloud platforms. Linux, UNIX, and Windows environments. BASH shell scripting. Software programming concepts, including compilers, linkers, and code debuggers. Computer and networking infrastructure. Linux container with Docker.
