Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Essential Functions: Analyze, define and design the technical implementation for Analytics Tags across the site. Responsible for overseeing implementation of the UI Data Layer with different Technology teams. Build, implement and define development and coding standards for extensions and plugins in Dynamic Tag Manager platform. Serve as a Dynamic Tag Management and Analytics implementation expert, evangelizing data quality and data-informed decisions with focus on Web Analytics. Review work by onshore and offshore development teams and maintain quality of platform. Gather input from a variety of internal and external sources to define product concepts; responds to the needs of customers throughout the development process. Evaluates technologies; develops detailed requirements, feature definitions, implementation plans, and internal communications . Participate in cross-functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development, including deployment and post-deployment activities. Proactively identifies problems that arise in projects, outlines options, recommends solutions, and escalates as needed. Business User Support and troubleshoot tracking issues. Ensures accuracy of Analytics Reporting across the site. Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality. Qualifications: Education/Experience: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer Science required. 4 years experience working web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, IBM Coremetrics and Google Analytics. 3 years strong, hands on experience with SQL, Javascript and HTML. 3 years hands on end to end QA testing experience from frontend to reports. 1 year working with a Dynamic Tag Management system such as Ensighten or Tealium. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to assure common understanding and timely problem-solving. Physical Demands: This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time. Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. May involve moving or lifting items under 10 pounds.
