Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This is a full-time position located in Austin, Texas. Required Skills: Develop a deep expertise in legal aspects of s rights management products, licensing, and music licensing agreements, to effectively advocate for product improvements, support escalations, partner needs, and user experiences Develop strategy to support music contractual obligations, prioritizing efficiency and global scalability Support music contractual obligations through a review of escalated issues, iterating to make improvements in process and operational effectiveness Support s media and licensing partners, collaborating with Partnerships, Legal, Product, and Operations teams, to understand and resolve product questions and legal concerns Become an expert in core operational risk infrastructure, tools, systems, and data Execute both quantitative and qualitative analysis of data and trends to proactively deliver insights, define goals, and drive improvements Effectively plan and execute team-wide projects to further our mission and improve user experience while liaising with cross-functional partners in Legal, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to move these initiatives forward Define clear business problems and prioritize solutions using data-driven analytics, developing success metrics to measure project performance and alignment with team mission and goals Minimum Qualifications: B.A. or B.S. degree or higher 3 years of work experience in end-to-end project management, product, business strategy, and/or operations Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the field of intellectual property, music/video licensing, or digital rights management Demonstrated track record of disciplined execution, acting independently across competing priorities and exercising judgment Industry: Internet Equal Opportunity: is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
