Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities: Negotiates Statement of Work (SOW) documents with Designers, maintains positive relationships and resolves disputes. Maintains communication with Design teams, Client, Contractor and overall Mission Critical Practice. Demonstrates complete understanding and awareness of project(s) design and build schedule and status, and possesses the knowledge and ability to recognize gaps in the project delivery program and take appropriate action to mitigate. Develops resource and fee projections. Monitors schedule and participates in program schedule meetings. Utilizes knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the data center industry. Practices advanced knowledge of discipline, construction technology, design, applicable codes, standards, etc., required. Analyzes and resolves design and construction process problems and issues and effectively communicates and interfaces with all levels of project team. Employs excellent communication and team skills. Exercises creativity and resourcefulness in completing tasks accurately in a compressed time frame Talent is the essence of meeting our client s objectives, goals and challenges. Job Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. 10 years of experience in design consulting and construction project management field or in a related area preferred. Work experience in all disciplines of construction (civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and security/low voltage) preferred. Proficient with reading and understanding Design, Construction documents & Schedules. Capable of preparing monthly cost summary and project financial status. Ability to prioritize requests and manage projects and project teams to meet target delivery dates. Able to analyze customer requirements, creating specifications, and input to process and overall security delivery. Special skills: Intermediate knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project, Cloud Based Applications.
