Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities & Duties Report to the Senior Manager of Commercial Banking and performs a wide range of duties related to the Commercial/Business Banking Work on research & development of business strategy and new business opportunities for Commercial Banking Group Prepare various schedules and reports for the Commercial Banking Group Allocate profit center annual performance target Assess business unit performance periodically Work on coordinating internal communication such as managers meeting, ad hoc meeting in the group as the need arises Create strong working relationships with other divisions, groups or departments as appropriate Actively develop and participate in the group s financial forecasting and projecting processes Periodically analyze and forecast the Commercial/Business Banking Group s performance and adequacy Work on special projects as determined by Senior Manager of Commercial Banking or CCBO Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Requirements Education Minimum Education Level: Bachelor s Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years Combination of Experience and Education can meet the job requirements: Yes Language Requirement English: Written: Advanced Verbal: Advanced Korean: Written: N/A Verbal: N/A Computer/Systems Knowledge Requirements Microsoft Outlook: Advanced Microsoft Word: Advanced Microsoft Excel: Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint: Advanced Job Qualifications/Requirements Required: Strong analytical skills/Fundamental knowledge of Banking Industry. Required: Ability to analyze and organize financial information. Required: Detailed knowledge of banking regulations and laws; compliance documentation, and reporting requirements. Required: Present a professional image in dealing with customers, interdepartmental and external representatives. Required: Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complaints. Required: Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. Required: Ability to demonstrate a high level of ethical behavior and follow the Code of Conduct.
