Develop a clear, insight-driven vision of the target buyer profile Translate knowledge of the industry, the buyer audience, and marketing objectives into strategic marketing campaign plans that deliver awareness, responses, sales leads, and revenue for the business Design end-to-end campaigns that engage customers and prospects in a fully integrated buyer experience across digital, social and event channels Understand demand generation targets by campaign, and deliver demand generation initiatives that drive in-bound responses and leads for internal and external sales teams Apply strategies to assist Sales in achieving results from up-sell, cross-sell and pipeline progression initiatives Orchestrate with content, event, digital, analyst and other teams to drive a superior customer experience and achieve demand generation outcomes Lead the charge in creating compelling, relevant and differentiated content across all stages of the buyer journey Partner with third party trade, industry and media organizations to reach target audiences with relevant content Apply analytical approaches and tools to infuse intelligence into campaigns and act on opportunities for campaign performance optimization Apply agile methodologies to rapidly accomplish work and optimize campaign outcomes Demonstrate operational excellence in teamwork, budget management, and overall performance management This role is located in IBM offices in Washington D.C. MC18 Required Technical and Professional Expertise 5 years experience in in Marketing Management, Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales Pipeline Management, or other related disciplines 3 years experience in digital marketing 3 years experience marketing or selling to government entities 1 years experience working using Agile methods Preferred Tech and Prof Experience 2 years preferred experience in technology software/SaaS marketing 3 years digital marketing or agency experience Experience in marketing automation tools such as Silverpop, Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, UNICA Experience in creating and executing strategies to drive demand through digital channels, events, nurture campaigns, sales plays, list building, tele-qualifying tactics Understanding of marketing metrics and funnel analytics to optimize existing campaigns as well as advise team on best strategies to drive demand A natural digital storyteller who understands what it takes to engage clients through multiple channels Detail-oriented, self-directed team player with a positive attitude EO Statement.
