Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This position will be responsible for licensing Pratt &Whitney intellectual property for GTF programs and would include providing strategic direction, identifying incremental revenue opportunities and negotiating contracts. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate they can meet or exceed financial plan targets with strong focus on results, forward thinking and analytical competencies. Candidate needs to have a strong Supply Chain, technical (Aerospace preferred), Business Development and Customer/Supplier relationship background. Expectation will be to drive incremental new revenue opportunities and drive end-end negotiations of contracts. This position will report directly to the Associate Director of Licensing in East Hartford CT. Key responsibilities include: Identify and maintain pipeline of licensing opportunities related to the GTF program. Maintain high levels of communication and coordinate within the extended team in Supply Chain to achieve goals with a timely and cost-effective strategy Drive supplier negotiations on licensing royalties and coordination with legal on drafting/executing contracts Achieve highest levels of quality and internal/external customer service levels to drive stakeholder satisfaction through delivery on commitments with a proactive approach. Create and manage business case scenarios for licensing opportunities. Help create a 3-5 year roadmap to licensing of GTF programs Ensure compliance with all Export/Ethics, corporate policies, initiatives Support annual royalty audits to ensure compliance Demonstrated success in creating strategic action plans, forward thinking, and negotiating contracts with the independent drive to continuously drive results using sound business judgement. Ability to facilitate and manage change effectively as well as experience in reporting on key business metrics Requires strong PowerPoint and Excel skills and should be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner to various levels within the organization. Experience presenting and interacting with executive leadership. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with clear prioritization and organization. U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status (Green Card) is required Qualification: A minimum of 10 years of experience in at least 2 of the following areas, operations, supply chain, engineering, finance, business development and general management. Aerospace aftermarket and MRO experience strongly preferred. Ideal candidate will have a strong technical Aerospace knowledge, highly adaptable attitude, ability to navigate complex situations with strong communication skills. Education: Bachelor s Degree in Business Management/Engineering or Finance is recommended. MBA preferred.
