Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop key areas of strategic focus for ITS, and assist in the development of implementation plans and metrics to track the progress of those initiatives Identify, track, and communicate emerging technology capabilities and services, based on customer demands and needs Develop and operationalize innovative processes to ensure prioritization and achievement of technology solutions in relation to IT strategic initiatives for the Bank s strategy, and at the Federal Reserve System level Identify and lead efforts to prototype experimental technology concepts and ideas in partnership with ITS, business stakeholders and vendors delivering functional solutions that address bank challenges Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the ITS Division Collaborate and partner with the Business Relationship Function and business lines technology needs/roadmaps and ensure they directly influence/align with the ITS strategy, products and services Work closely with the finance team to ensure that there is direct alignment between ITS strategy and financial investment and develop enhancements to the annual strategic planning process, with particular focus on integration with financial planning Lead a team of senior technology strategists; assist in further developing staff s potential to create and execute on the IT strategy Strengthen the relationships and communication within ITS and with business lines on the ITS strategy, through technology road mapping efforts, innovation sessions, alignment workshops, and other mechanisms Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Technology, Business, Change Management, Strategic Planning, or similar field of study, Master s degree preferred Ten or more years of professional business/IT management experience in positions of increasing responsibility, with at least five years of management consulting Strong expertise in strategic planning, market opportunity, and competitive landscape assessment techniques Outstanding people manager, with inspirational leadership skills, presence, and proven ability to coach, lead, and develop high performing teams Strong negotiation, facilitation, communication and influencing skills Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling verbal communication on complex topics clearly and with confidence, as well as acute listening skills Strong business acumen with a proven ability to evaluate the costs, risks and benefits associated with alternative actions before making decisions Intellectually curious and nimble, with strong analytical skills and the demonstrated ability to learn, synthesize and apply a range of information and experience quickly in new situations and settings Strong technology knowledge in emerging and new technologies and drive to stay up to date on technology trends Strong organizational skills to manage competing and dynamic priorities, and multiple concurrent activities Exceptional collaboration skills with an ability to partner effectively with others in the pursuit of common goals Exhibit the highest levels of personal and professional integrity at all times.
