Job Responsibilities and Requirements: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as single point of contact for pursuits, collaborating with sales professionals to develop strategies and value propositions for proposals and presentations; resources team members and ensures service delivery. Manages entire proposal and presentation process from inception to completion; develops and edits content. May write and edit other non-press pieces: website content; invitations; educational and industry presentations; collateral. Create and manage all aspects of tenant client marketing materials and custom property marketing brochures for landlord clients. Advise and develop broker value propositions and create broker team marketing/new business materials Serves as brand manager, ensuring brand and logo integrity in all created materials. Interfaces with executive leadership and sales professionals. Collaborates with Communications team on advertising and promotion. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project. May provide cost estimates by researching costs and negotiating with vendors. Other duties may be assigned. REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree or equivalent from a four-year university and a minimum of four to six years of related experience; experience in commercial real estate preferred. Excellent writing skills; writing samples must be provided. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Positive, energetic, collaborative can do attitude. Adept at building internal relationships and serving several audiences, both onsite and remote. Enjoys working with different personalities and can adapt to/accommodate others working styles while achieving goals and objectives of projects and deliverables. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite required; knowledge of Creative Suite a plus. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to self-manage, responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor. Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
