Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Overall responsibility for top-line Oracle Dyn revenue growth leading sales, sales engineering, account management, solution architecture, and customer success organizations globally, driving specific Oracle Dyn GBU products across a global team. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracles opportunities across specific products and product lines. Manages and develops team including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees on the Oracle sales process. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the GBU. Develops and executes a global growth plan to maximize revenue and customer retention. Generates and achieves annually, quarterly and monthly forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue with an eye on long-term opportunity for the GBU. Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Minimum 10 or more years sales and business management experience within technology industry, with specific experience in selling cloud and SaaS. Deep inside sales expertise and experience. Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues. Demonstrated leadership skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences. Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions. Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities.
