Candidates should have 4 years of experience in various aspects of trademark practice, including the filing and prosecution of trademark applications, trademark clearance, counseling clients on trademark selection, coordinating with foreign associates to procure international protection, and handling trademark disputes. Ideal candidates will also have experience in licensing, copyrights, domain names, and drafting and negotiating agreements involving software, services, and e-commerce. We are looking for an attorney who pays close attention to detail and has outstanding academic credentials, the ability to manage multiple matters at once, strong communication skills, a dedication to client service, and commitment to excellence in the practice of law.
