Job Responsibilities and Requirements: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Administer job codes in the HRIS system (UltiPro) by maintaining job, salary and bonus target information. Provide administrative system support for the Long Term Incentive program by maintaining employee accounts, setting up new grants, generating adhoc and quarter end reporting. Conduct market-based compensation analysis and prepare departmental salary review worksheets. Assist in the setup, configuration, and testing of HR applications/modules which may include but is not limited to the following: Salary Planning & Budgeting, Organizational charts, and Performance Management. Participant in both formal and informal compensation surveys. Respond to management inquiries regarding matters of compensation. (e.g., salary, bonus, and LTI.) Assist in creating and maintaining HR internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Generate ad hoc compensation reports by utilizing Cognos, Excel, and Access. Requirements KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. In-depth systems background working in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and/or relational databases. Highly proficient in MS Excel. Familiar using MS Access. Knowledgeable in the MS Office Suite. Familiar with Cognos reporting tool. Ability to handle multiple projects and/or assignments concurrently. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong initiative with the ability to work independently. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Bachelor s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field; other degrees will be considered, depending on work experience. Four (4) or more years experience working in Human Resources with a background in compensation, and knowledge of long term incentive programs is highly preferred. Prior work experience in the energy sector is desired, but not required.
