You have 10 years of experience in user experience design with a proven track record You are an empathic and a curious designer who likes to use a combination of data and creativity to drive your solutions You have strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain rapport with teammates and stakeholders from multiple business groups You are self-motivated and have a can-do attitude You have experience with user research Retail e-commerce experience a plus B.S./B.A. or higher in User Experience Design, Information Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related fields Technical Competencies required: Experience with tools like Sketch, Visio, OmniGraffle, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, and Axure.
