Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Primary Responsibilities Work with the SharePoint team and with business sponsors and stakeholders to conceive, design, and document the requirements for SharePoint solutions to include: - Gather, document, circulate for review, and revise solution requirements - Analyze, define and document requirements for data, workflow and business processes - Document the program and project deliverables as required - Coordinate with business sponsors and customers to re- engineer business processes - Design content management deliverables required to support the re-engineered business processes - Develop and deliver training materials for changes business processes and SharePoint solutions - Consult with customers to prototype, refine, test and debug SharePoint solutions and content development - Data collection, tracking, customer interaction and coordination - Provide quality control for SharePoint team deliverables Secondary Responsibilities - Assist with the promotion of SharePoint within the agency - Assist in the development of content management best practices and governance - Provide end user support for SharePoint sites and solutions QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications Required Skills - At least 6 years of experience with business process analysis, requirements development, and documentation and training materials development - At least 5 years working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint - Experience in evaluating current business processes and determining technical solutions using SharePoint to improve those processes - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex concepts in plain language, generate enthusiasm, and communicate with all levels of management and staff - Strong analytical and conceptual skills - Strong organizational and presentation skills - Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables - Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio) experience - Proven experience evaluating business processes and re-engineering - Proven experience writing clear and concise technical and user documentation - Working knowledge of application development life cycle to include Agile Scrum development methodology - Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
