Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Define and execute leadership routines to support the LOB, including, but not limited to administration of leadership team meetings and off-sites Help manage strategic planning, integration management, budget and headcount in partnership with Finance, HR and broader UWPM leadership aligning business unit activities to Commercial and Capital One Financial objectives Partner with HR to drive strategic talent efforts related to transforming business upmarket, including performance management, compensation planning, development and culture Direct associate engagement agenda - associate communications, recognition and rewards programs, compliance trainings Proxy to business leads on all horizontal/business critical efforts to include coordination and financial planning efforts with other Commercial Chiefs of Staff (Commercial Real Estate, Middle Market, Capital Markets, FIG) and key partners (Finance, HR, Operations, Technology, Communications, Brand, Digital, etc.) Oversee change management related to HR, Finance, Marketing and Communications Manage UWPM real estate needs across footprint Basic Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree or military experience Preferred Qualifications At least 5 years experience in financial institutions preferred Demonstrated abilities to build relationships and influence at a wide range of levels Exceptional/Executive-facing verbal and written communication skills Ability to influence and drive change, resulting in a cohesive and high performing team Strong professional presence with ability to present to senior enterprise leaders Ability to adapt and work in fast-paced/evolving business while balancing business priorities with business as usual requirements At this time.
