Job Responsibilities and Requirements: KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Support the weekly OCR process, and monthly outlook process for Retail Services Sales Be a trusted partner to the Retail Service Sales VP, providing support and assistance for QBR Reviews, Business Reviews, and Plan reviews Provide support for key process/business improvements projects around WCS M1 initiatives, assisting with data analytics, business reporting etc. Assist Service Sales VP in identifying key business trends, opportunities, etc. Funnel reporting, specifically around services attach rates, funnel trends, etc. Support the annual plan setting process for Services Revenue, and File Value Work with Sales and compensation teams to provide support for sales commissions and related matters Ad hoc projects and analysis as required BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Finance, Business, or other related business discipline 5 years of related experience working in a decision support, sales support environment Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Knowledge/experience of working with Business Objects, Hercules/HFM, SmartView is an advantage Must be able to adjust and work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment Self-starter, with strong teaming skills and ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders across other functional areas (e.g. sales, finance, etc.) Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
