Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Vice President of Global Marketing is responsible for leading marketing activities for the purpose of maximizing the sales and profitability of Devicor Medical Products, Inc. in the global marketplace. Leads the Global Product Marketing team to manage the financial performance of the Company's products and procedures by ensuring appropriate decisions are made and actions are taken regarding: Marketing Planning and Execution derived from the Business Strategy Global product management - strategy and tactical support, including portfolio performance, pricing, NPD requirements and external alliances Product launch planning, execution and partnership with countries to support global launches. Development of clinical and workflow evidence Global brand and trademark management. Lead Digital marketing efforts Execution of global rationalization strategies and tactics. Management of Quality and Supply Chain issues on global basis (i.e., back order communication, global manual allocation, etc.) Global View/Mindset experience Driving Innovation and Growth Formulates and translates strategy into actionable tactics on a daily basis Keeps up to date regarding market trends, competition and healthcare policy Leads the development and performance of direct reports. Fixes targets and measures achievement; Fosters and develops a best team wins culture. Applies DBS in all areas resulting in a lean and efficient commercial organization and assures the Daily Management/Process Orientation Experience Minimum of 15 years of management experience in Marketing or a related field required. Education Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field required. MBA preferred, but not required. Healthcare Industry Knowledge - Understanding of key business issues that exist in the medical device and healthcare industries, i.e. health care economics and trends, state and local laws, regulatory requirements. Computer Skills - Proficient computer system based tools including Microsoft Office applications, presentation, project planning, flow charts, e-mail, web browsers and spreadsheet software. Travel Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time; both domestic and international travel may be required.
