Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Finance Internal Communications Work closely with Finance leadership to foster a culture of transparent, consistent communications. Provide consistency and vision in all communications. Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization s strategic vision. Execute communications-based events. Manage internal communications team. Lead communications consultancy for in-house groups to plan appropriate, best-practice communications. Regularly evaluate use of communications channels and multi-media to assure relevant, timely employee communications following best practices in employee communications. Provide consistency and vision in all communications. Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization s strategic vision. Support CRT and Marketing with communications and public relations strategy and execution as well as communications needs. Advocate on behalf of the Finance/Rabobank brand with external stakeholders and the media across all communications channels and vehicles.
