Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Position: To ensure a consistent brand presence is communicated by the organization in all aspects - internal, employee, client, marketplace, media and other communications. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Finance Internal Communications Work closely with Finance leadership to foster a culture of transparent, consistent communications. Provide consistency and vision in all communications. Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization s strategic vision. Execute communications-based events. Manage internal communications team. Lead communications consultancy for in-house groups to plan appropriate, best-practice communications. Regularly evaluate use of communications channels and multi-media to assure relevant, timely employee communications following best practices in employee communications. Rabo AgriFinance External Communications Position Rabo AgriFinance as the most influential ag finance organization in the U.S. In close alignment with RAF Marketing initiatives, utilize RAF expertise, insight and knowledge to position the organization with key demographics in the market. Provide consistency and vision in all communications. Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization s strategic vision. Support CRT and Marketing with communications and public relations strategy and execution as well as communications needs. Advocate on behalf of the Finance/Rabobank brand with external stakeholders and the media across all communications channels and vehicles.
