Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Essential Duties Plan and execute timely email and other digital marketing campaigns in conjunction with other members of the marketing team. Assist with rollout and execution of campaigns to other business units, and advocate for successful best practices within the organization. Track and handle incoming requests for website edits, updates, bug fixes and feature enhancements; respond as needed and forward maintenance requests to appropriate staff; create new web pages; create, resize and edit images for use online; troubleshoot and repair formatting issues; monitor and enforce quality of site content and design. Liaise with IT for support and troubleshooting, as needed. Collect, analyze and report on web and social media analytics; monitor web use and trends; conduct peer review, and other research activities, as assigned. Proactively recommend new digital strategy, tactics and projects that will amplify and improve company online reputation. Manage and update client-facing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to promote the company marketing efforts. Support other marketing initiatives within the Corporate Marketing Communications department, as needed. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Graphic Design skills and proficiency in Adobe Design Suite (PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator) to support webpage layout, advertising initiatives, social media and content production Experience with WordPress and/or Drupal or similar content management systems, HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms, CRM, and Google Analytics Demonstrated understanding and use of major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc. Working knowledge of HTML and web-based technologies, as well as web metrics and SEO tools Ability to analyze and report marketing results from digital programs and social media initiatives, as well as the ability to assess potential issues/conflicts and make timely recommendations to managementStrong relationship management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work independently and as a team playerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in German and/or French a plusExperience & Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline3-5 years of relevant experience supporting integrated digital marketing campaigns (web and email) on a B2B basis.
