Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Essential Responsibilities: Deploy a true Saas product at port communities, by delivering a pilot program and then transitioning the software to a Saas production environment Manage the communication and expectation of all stakeholders related to the Saas product implementation at port communities Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management Effectively communicate with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed Collaborate across all departments involved in the project implementation to deploy the Saas product successfully Work with the Product Team to develop new features to continually improve the platform Conduct research as-needed, and gather and write high-level requirements Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, information technology or related field, MBA or Masters degree preferred Minimum five years management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customersEligibility Requirements: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job Ability to travel = 30%-50% Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities Desired Characteristics: Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline driven environment Exceptional communication and reporting skills Strong End to End project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Experience managing Development projects in an Agile environment Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, decisive, and able execute under accelerated timeframes and to quickly adapt to changing priorities Ability to facilitate meetings and communicate with Stakeholders requirements.
