Job Responsibilities and Requirements: As a Marketing Program Manager, you're a driving force in our Financial Services go-to-market strategy. You will work with sales teams, field marketing, content and campaign marketers, and partners to create novel campaigns, execute large-scale events, and create novel and engaging activities focused on awareness and lead generation. The role is an ideal fit for anyone who lives in the intersection of Cloud Computing, Financial Services and marketing, with a particular emphasis on utilizing the best of all Google products to help our Financial Services client succeed in a quickly changing Financial Services landscape. You need to understand how the industry is changing and how Cloud can help companies succeed, bringing that to life in compelling go-to-market programs. You will own the outbound programs (outreach, campaigns, events) strategy for Financial Services. You will need to cut across all industry segments, personas, and solutions to create compelling campaigns and go-to-market programs, while effectively spearheading our event presence and efforts. You lead all aspects of program management and production strategy, and work with your counterparts in sales, field marketing, and content and campaign marketing to execute. Responsibilities Develop and lead go-to-market programs (outreach, campaigns, events) strategy, taking into account sales needs, solution development roadmaps and maturity, audience goals, budgets, and other factors. Lead integrated marketing campaign strategy, including campaign goals, budget expectations, messaging, collateral development, media purchases, target list formation and success measurement. Lead high profile event strategy including sponsorship level, budget expectations, speaker sourcing and preparation, messaging plan, collateral and demo development, and post-event follow-ups. Serve as the internal advocate for Financial Services programs, letting nothing get in the way of achieving the pipeline creation and go-to-market goals. Work with external technology and system integrator partners to develop co-marketing programs and campaigns for Financial Services solutions; Work across Google Cloud Field, Content, Campaign, and PR Marketing teams to ensure coordination and alignment with overall Marketing programs, goals, and direction, as well as execution of the prioritized programs. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience working at a Financial Services company in a technical capacity. Experience in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns Experience running events, including negotiations, speaker sourcing and prep, logistics, post-event follow up analysis and planning. Preferred qualifications: Experience in planning and executing high profile events. Experience planning and executing multiple, complex marketing programs including budget management. Successful track record of working collaboratively across product, engineering, sales, and partner teams to create novel go-to-market programs in a fast paced environment. Proven ability as a product or technology advocate. Outstanding written and oral communication skills and strong organizational skills.
