Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Business Solution Architect is responsible for driving revenue through prospecting, acquisition, development and expansion customer opportunities. The Business Solution Architect will provide technical and solution envisioning expertise to the OU, Direct, CRM and Accenture sales teams. The BSA will help develop and execute sales strategies, drive proposal efforts and provide technical sales support. The BSA will specialize in ERP Solutions and therefore, provide deep expertise in lead qualification, opportunity assessment, opportunity development and proposal development. Scope of Responsibility: Primary technical contact on a client engagement. Writes elegant, simple and maintainable code that solves our clients business problems. Consults, advising our clients and internal stakeholders on the best uses of technology to solve problems. Ownership for the technical approach and estimation of a proposal during the sales process. Present technical approach and solutions to C-level clients. Execute strategic engagements including: Architecture Design Sessions (ADS) & High Level Project. Design, scope, organize and deliver training events for both client-facing and internal. Operate in a senior technology advisory capacity to CxOs and their senior leadership. Learn our client's business, their organization, systems, challenges and goals. Participate in, and lead stakeholder brainstorming, technical planning and design sessions. You're not just a passive observer, but an active contributor and facilitator. Craft the technical vision by mapping requirements to technical solutions, communicated through functional and technical design documents. Articulate execution strategy through roadmaps, estimates and implementation plans. Ensure quality through enforcement of best practice and project governance. Build prototypes and proofs of concept to validate technical decisions. Lead by example through implementation of challenging core components. Lead client facing & internal training (technology training and/or application specific-training). Potentially work on more than one project concurrently (2-3 projects at a maximum). Opportunity to grow into a leadership role, including driving technical thought leadership and taking on people management responsibilities. Qualifications Desired Experience: 5+ years professional experience as Developer, Team Lead and/or Architect. 5+ years full stack web development experience. Comfortable in .Net stack, including C#, ASP.Net and WebAPI. Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript across multiple libraries. Strong experience architecting and building application to be deployed to Microsoft Azure. Strong CS/development fundamentals and ability to get hands on in the code where needed. Experience in Single Page Application Design (ex. Angular, Angular 2, Knockout, React.js). Familiarity with developing Xamarin application is ideal. Experience as a consultant, working with external clients. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Experience mentoring and/or managing others. You are a technologist at heart, who loves to think high-level, while still being able to get your hands dirty when needed. You have a strong 'traditional' computer science and web development foundation. You are increasingly excited about the way the Web is evolving and the power that frameworks like Angular and React are bringing to client side development.
