Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Vice President, Credit Solutions & Platform Development Overview Reporting to SVP New Credit Solutions Development & Platforms, the VP Solutions & Platform Development will join the Global Credit Product Development team to lead all aspects of solutions architecture and technology development for new products & capabilities, the evolution of existing products and development of new platforms to enable solutions, including leading the Bundling enablement initiative. Role Develop and lead the approach for solutions architecture for all new Credit products and capabilities, the strategy for enabling these solutions through platforms and, relatedly, the enablement of our Bundling strategy leveraging platforms/technology. Identifying existing and new capabilities in support of new Credit solutions, including existing services (Loyalty, ESS, Digital) as well as third party services (fintech, Startpath partners etc.) Work with internal customers to gather business processes and project requirements. Actively drives the development life-cycle from requirements analysis, feasibility estimates, sourcing of capabilities, and delivery of MVP solution for testing. Establish and manage a rapid test & learn capability and environment in support of cross core bundling and PD initiatives. Meets business needs by managing the activities of developers consistently delivering quality solutions on time, within budget, and scope. Developing project plans, resource planning, scheduling and managing development timelines. Managing partner, and O&T multi-disciplined software teams and overseeing the development processes using industry best practices. Support change management process to manage product releases and changes to production configurations. Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in high-pressure environments; excelling at pinpointing and resolving problems in early project stages to avoid cost/time expenses. Oversight and management of department expenses and budget planning. Responsible for buy vs. build vs. partner decisions in support of sourcing new capabilities.
