Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Essential Functions Work with the Product Line Leader to refine and support product strategy. Identify and prioritize new business requirements for product enhancements or new products and work closely with engineering team to implement. Develop business cases to assess the relative benefits of product enhancements or new product ideas. Analyze performance data and customer feedback and create analyses containing key insights. Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings from initiatives to senior management and key external stakeholders. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders from participating network banks. Support the company s commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data Align technical requirements with engineers and product managers. Write user stories for each piece of the product you are responsible for. Draw user flows and technical diagrams to articulate how the product will work technically. Support the company s commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data. Required Skills Minimum Qualifications Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelors degree in business, product management, finance, government, engineering or other related field depending on assigned area. Two or more years of experience as a technical product manager, Engineer or equivalent role. Ability to write detailed product requirements. Proven track record in delivering software products. Outstanding partnering and influencing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Drive for results and attention to detail. Background and drug screen. Preferred Qualifications Payments industry experience. Ability to code in HTML5/CSS/JSS Physical Requirements Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.
